At 85 acres, one of the largest remaining undeveloped properties in Orange County is home to Kindred Community Church. A new master plan for the congregation of Pastor Philip De Courcy’s church will feature an expanded upper campus. Grouping all new structures on the upper plateau creates a secure pedestrian friendly experience for congregants. Outdoor plazas and landscape features complete the composition while connecting the various ministry spaces.

A mixed-use development in the West Center Street Promenade of Anaheim for LAB Holdings is called the B.A.R.N. - short for Business Arts Residential Network. The project features a large Barn type structure of “open plan” specialty retail / restaurants with a smattering of offices on an upper loft. This structure is separated from the five-level apartment tower by a generous garden court which sits on a podium above a parking structure. The remaining piece fronting the street includes two levels of apartments over a street level retail building.

The congregation of this Evangelical Christian Church has occupied several buildings in the Aliso Viejo industrial business center for over ten years. The master plan which will be built over the next two years includes a new building (Compass Bible Institute), the site addition of a large fellowship courtyard and expansion of the Worship Center and Education buildings.

The site for this mixed-use development is part of a transforming City Center in this up and coming desert community. The restaurant / retail component along the major thoroughfare provides a strong connection to the downtown, while the hospitality element features small hotel unit clusters set in a natural desert landscape.

A complete change is in store for this church in Whittier, California. It includes the removal of two buildings to make way for a new Administrative Office / Fellowship Hall building. A new environmentally sensitive bio-swale garden space and courtyard will be added between the new building and upgraded main Sanctuary.

This church campus tucked into a residential area of Tustin was built in the 1940s and now includes a thriving private school. The phased improvements include a completely renovated Sanctuary, Parish Hall and School buildings along with a new Administrative office / Classroom building.
